Raintree Athletic Club wants to inspire growth and impact lives of all ages, but beginning with our youth. Keeping children of all ages active and providing them with the tools to live a healthy life is extremely important to us. By providing an outlet for RAC Youth, we hope to instill a love for exercise, movement and motion for years to come.

RAC Youth Fit

All Youth FIT classes are included with your RAC membership and are designed to give children of all ages a fun “workout”!

Junior Dance FiT

Mondays | 4:30 – 5:00pm | Studio 2

Ages 4-6. Junior Dance FiT gets the little ones movin’ and groovin’ with a fitness centered dance class. Working coordination and dance moves this class helps inspire confidence in life. Our instructor will impact you with an inspiring dance workout.

Kids Dance FiT

Mondays | 5:05 – 5:45pm | Studio 2

Ages 7 – 11. Kids Dance FiT gets you movin’ and groovin’ with a fitness centered dance class. This class is for all those kids that just want to boogie on down. Our instructor will impact you with an inspiring dance workout. Learn new dance moves and how to put together a longer dance.

TWEEN Yoga

Mondays | 4:15 – 5:00pm | Enlighten Studio

Ages 8-11. Through yoga activities kids will increase self awareness and self confidence. We will breathe, move, and imagine. Improve motor skills, develop heightened senses, foster emotional growth, build social skills, and foster creativity. 

Teen TRX & Total Body Conditioning

Tuesdays | 4:00 – 4:45pm | TRX

Ages 11 – 14. Join Instructor Tiana in a fun, yet challenging, TRX & Body Weight exercise combo class. Workout with peers your age and get a total body workout.

Kids Yoga

Youth Basketball

One-on-One Training

Join coach Ty for 1-on-1 training sessions designed to develop each players’ fundamentals. Improve weaknesses and perfect strengths by developing: shooting, passing, dribbling, offensive & defensive skills, improving speed, agility and overall athleticism.

1-on-1: $55/members, $60/non-members

Hoop Groups

Start your own “Hoop Group” (per availability) or join a current group with Coach Ty. This team atmosphere will improve your overall game by practicing; skills, fundamentals, and drills while competing and working with one another.

Try a “Sneak Peek” the first Tuesday of every month.
3:15-4:00pm (ages 13 – 17)
4:00-4:45pm (ages 9 – 12)
FREE for members, $10/non-members.

Complimentary Youth Classes

Youth Responsibility Training

This class is for RAC Youth ages 12-15 who would like to have more responsibility and be able to use the RAC more freely. Teens will learn proper gym etiquette & how to use certain equipment, and review areas of the gym that they can use. Successful participants will gain the ability to use the club without the direct supervision of a parent*.
*Parent must be on site when teen is using the club.

Classes are held monthly.
2nd Wednesday 5:30 – 7:00pm OR 4th Saturday 11:00 – 12:30pm

Fundamental Fitness

This class will allow kids ages 12 – 14 to work with a personal trainer in a class setting in order to learn how to use the gym to it’s full capacity. Learn why functional fitness is important, it’s benefits, how to create your own workout and create a foundation before adding weight.

Fundamentals of Weight Lifting

This class will allow kids ages 15 – 17 to work with a personal trainer in a class setting to explore the benefits of strength training with weights. Learn the importance of weight lifting, the benefits of using dumbbells (free weights), the way to count sets and reps, and how to choose the right amount of weight.
