Yoga with Weights is set to energizing music and designed to tone and sculpt every major muscle group. Boost your metabolism and push your strength and flexibility to new heights.
Workouts combine free weights and cardio with Vinyasa Flow Yoga. Strength-training exercises such as squats, lunges, bicep/tricep curls, etc. are incorporated to build lean muscle mass.
Some yoga experience is recommended but all levels are welcome and options are given as needed.
