Everyone who knows me understands that I value a solid relationship – be it with family or friends. I love investing my time in people. If we can bond over snowboarding, wake boarding, or a pick-up basketball game, then all the better! Recent travels to Spain helped to satiate my travel bug, and I also love cooking and grilling. Training Philosophy

The infamous Bruce Lee once said, “Knowing is not enough, we must apply. Willing is not enough, we must do.” Most of us know that exercising and eating right can help you reach your fitness, performance, and health goals. But not all of us apply that knowledge. I’m sure anyone would be willing to make positive life changes, but not all of us act on that will. That’s where I come in. I’ve made it my personal objective to help you apply and work toward your goals to become a healthier, stronger, leaner, quicker, and fitter YOU- or whatever your goal entails… I am here to help you believe in yourself, work hard, and remain consistent.  Let’s do this!
