Tough Tweens – Fit Camp
Tuesdays & Thursdays | 4:15 – 4:45pm | Gym Floor

Ages 11 – 14. Join Personal Trainer Tiana in a fun, yet challenging, total body workout that will inspire you to be active. This camp will utilize games along with body weight, cardio, light weight, and total body exercises to teach basic fitness principles.

Strong Teens – Foundations of Lifting
Tuesdays/Thursdays | 5:00-6:00pm | Gym Floor

Ages 15 – 17. Whether you are a beginner or pro, we can all benefit from the foundations. All levels are welcome in this class where we teach for strength, confidence, proper form, and progression while learning proper gym etiquette.
