  • 6:35am Pilates Mat Level 2 | Studio 2
    This LEVEL 2 class will use the Pilates Method to focus on core stability and a healthy spine. Improve your balance, posture & flexibility and overall strength.
    This class is included with your RAC Membership.
  • 7:45am Mixed Equipment  | Pilates Studio
    Use a variety of Pilates apparatus including the Reformer, chair & tower to build strength & flexibility, while improving posture and balance. This class will challenge you!
