TribeLIFE™ will help to get you functionally fit for what ever challenge life throws at you. It combines low impact aerobic movements with functional strength exercises as well as core and flexibility exercises that will give you renewed energy to take on more of what life has to offer.

Sessions are held 2 times a week.

TribeCORE™ is designed to train the muscles around your pelvis, hips, back, shoulders and abdomen, starting from the deep torso muscles, leaving you with a slim waistline and firm strong abs. Whether you are looking to better your golf swing, improve your athletic performance, or feel more confident – TribeCORE™ is the program for you.
