Tina TarczonI attended my first yoga class in 2002 and was forever changed. My love for the art of yoga has helped me through some hard times and in 2013 I became a certified instructor. I am lucky and very thankful to be able to share the mental and physical benefits of a steady yoga practice with others.

My favorite style to teach is the same style I enjoy practicing, vinyasa. During a vinyasa style class, I am able to join my breath to movement and in doing so, I reap the benefits of a moving meditation.
