I am a dancer, lifter, college student, and personal trainer. I live for coffee and love cooking. Whether I am taking a sunrise hike, or an evening walk, I love to be outdoors. My background in martial arts makes me feel strong and empowered and my love for yoga keeps me calm and grounded. I love working with individuals who work to change their lives through the pursuit of their goals

I believe that fitness should be enjoyable and contribute to your life, but never control or restrict it. I love discussing goals with my clients, and helping them reach and surpass them based on their individual needs and desires. Whether that goal includes weight loss, toning, strengthening, or just increasing your overall level of fitness, if it make you happy, it is worth pursuing.
