Class Descriptions


CHIKS – Crazy Hotties In Kick-butt Shape is an evening women’s group that includes motivating and fun exercise and provides great camaraderie and accountability. Meet once or twice/week (per agreement with the trainer) and you can be on your way to achieving your fitness goals! Heart rate monitors helpful, but not required.
10 Sessions: $275/member.

Challenge yourself with this fast paced workout combo of TRX and cardio drills. Timed sets will keep your heart rate pumping while strengthening your entire body. All fitness levels are welcome.

Training for moms of all ages and stages — expecting, post-natal, established mother, or grandmother — this small group atmosphere is perfect for you! Boost self-confidence and challenge yourself with the support and encouragement of other active moms and Personal Trainer and mother, Michelle Tucker.
Drop-in rates: $40/members.
