CHIKS – Crazy Hotties In Kick-butt Shape is an evening women’s group that includes motivating and fun exercise and provides great camaraderie and accountability. Meet once or twice/week (per agreement with the trainer) and you can be on your way to achieving your fitness goals! Heart rate monitors helpful, but not required.
10 Sessions: $275/member.

Participants will learn and/or perfect several essential movement patterns such as the squat, lunge, hinge, and upper body exercises to improve strength and body mechanics. Modifications will be made for all skill levels, from beginners to experienced lifters.


RAC Boot Camp is a free one hour workout of high powered movement to target your whole body, improve strength, and torch calories! You can expect high intensity circuits using equipment, weights, and body weight as your resistance. Held on the basketball court.


Led by Certified Personal Trainer Tracy Ibarra, each session will focus on exercises to maintain and enhance balance for stability in adults. February 12th – March 19th, Mondays 9:15 – 10:00am
6 Week Session: $35/members; $45/non-members.

Glutesanity is one hour of strength training to target your glutes and lower body, with a focus on improving shape and strength. You can expect to use equipment, free weights, bands, and body weight as your resistance. Strong glutes aren’t just for vanity; they directly correlate to speed and power output, in addition to core stability, balance and decreasing the potential for knee injuries. Led by Certified Personal Trainer Niki Veldman.
5 Sessions: $150; 10 Sessions: $250

MUV – Mobility For A Life In Motion ($)

Certified personal trainers Ashley Talebi & Justin Kerley will work with a small group of participants to get them moving better. It will include a dynamic warmup, stick mobility, body flows, static stretching, foam rolling and trigger point release. Homework will be provided for optimal results. Class will include a before and after assessment to see participants progress.
