Infinity Pilates at Raintree
INFINITY Pilates at Raintree Athletic Club strives to meet the needs of our clients while practicing this amazing method of body conditioning. We offer a full system of Pilates apparatus classes including private, semi-private, and group equipment sessions, as well as group mat and BarrePOWER classes.
*All Pilates Mat and Pilates with Props classes are INCLUDED in your RAC Membership. Equipment classes and BarrePOWER are fee based programs offered to members and non-members.
This class uses Pilates and basic ballet conditioning exercises, while incorporating light hand weights and intense isometric positions on the floor and at the barre. This technique creates long, lean muscles at a quick, motivating pace that burns fat and sculpts the body. Expect to see flatter abdominals, leaner thighs, a lifted rear and greater definition in the arms and back. We recommend BarrePower be incorporated into your weekly routine at least 3 times per week to create a more cut, defined physique.

- BarrePOWER fee-based class
Barre fitness classes are not just another trend. The Barre Technique thins your thighs, lifts your seat, flattens your abs and tones your arms, all while utilizing the basics of ballet on the barre! $10/members, $15/non-members. Package rates available. Purchase at the front desk.
- Heated Mat Pilates
Heated Mat Pilates is a challenging full-body workout using Pilates principles. Exercises are performed on a mat in a room heated to 90 degrees. The Hot Pilates system includes exercises for every part of the body and applications for everyday life. It maximizes fat loss without losing muscle mass and focuses on engaging the mind and the body while initiating every movement with a breath. We will strengthen the core, improve balance, increase coordination and decrease stress. There is no impact, so it is safe practice for all fitness levels.
- Pilates Mat (LEVEL 1)
Build your foundation for understanding the Pilates Method while emphasizing proper body mechanics, breath control, abdominal support and spine/pelvic alignment, while stretching, strengthening and lengthening your muscles. You will experience each movement from the inside out as you improve coordination, balance, posture and flexibility. No prior experience is necessary, beginners through advanced welcome! Beginners will be given modifications of exercises if needed so you can progress at your own pace.
- Pilates Mat W/ Props
Is a fun way to explore your body and experience a different kind of challenge and support in the Pilates Method. Pilates with Props will offer work with small 5 inch balls, magic circles, rollers, and therabands to challenge and assist your core, upper body strength, lower extremity strength, coordination and balance.
- Silver Pilates fee-based class
Silver Pilates is designed for seniors who are looking for a beginners equipment class. A chance to use a variety of the equipment in the studio in a guided setting. This full-body workout increases strength and flexibility, particularly for the back and abdomen, while improving posture, balance and muscle control. Exercises will vary each week and include a combination of Pilates equipment. Registration required prior to class: $25 members, $30 non-members. Package rates available. - Cardiolates fee-based class
A Pilates Reformer Group Equipment Class that utilizes the jumpboard through interval training. The jumpboard is used while lying supine and jumping off the board in a plyometric fashion. After an extensive warm-up, participants begin jumping, then transition into abdominal work. Back to another round of jumping, then onto upper body strength and so-on through the 55 minute class. The entire body is worked and the caloric burn is guaranteed to be high. *This class is not recommended for participants with knee, hip or back issues. $25/members, $30/non-members. - Men's Pilates Group Equipment
LEVEL 1 fee-based class
A Pilates Group Equipment class utilizing the Reformer, Tower, and Chair focusing specifically on the needs of the male client. Pilates was developed by a man, Joseph Pilates, and was taught as a strict conditioning regime to the German army during WWI. This full-body exercise program will improve your golf swing, improve your form in the weight room, sculpt your abs and loosen tight shoulders and hips. Although men are welcome in all of our classes, this special class is for men only and is designed with men's specific needs in mind. Classes include an equal amount of strength and stretch. - Reform and Transform fee based class
The reformer is the centerpiece of the pilates apparatus regimen and is considered the "moving mat". It's unique design brings an incredible dimension to the work and simultaneously supports the body while challenging the core strength and overall stabilization. All exercises in this dynamic workout are done with controlled, precise movements and follow a specific sequence building in mental and physical intensity as it progresses. It's impact on the body is phenomenal and there is no doubt that with consistency you will feel and look transformed from these reformer workouts! $25 members, $30 non-members. - Tower of Power fee-based class
Come enjoy the benefits of one of the most popular pieces of pilates apparatus. The tower blends the use of arm springs, leg springs, and various bars with matwork to deliver a very effective and satisfying workout. Using the weight resistance of the various springs increases metabolism and muscle definition. It will leave your body more aligned, lengthened, strengthened, and certainly more powerful! $25 members, $30 non-members. Package rates available. Only 4 spaces per class available. A private session involves one-on-one focused attention. Personalized workouts are tailored to meet individual goals and address specific needs. Private sessions are ideal if recovering from injury or have chronic pain. It can also be used as an initial evaluation, an occasional check-in to assure correct form or to further your fitness goals.

Pilates Group Equipment Classes
A chance to use a variety of equipment in the studio in a guided setting. This full-body workout increases strength and flexibility, particularly for the back and abdomen, while improving posture, balance, and muscle control. Exercises will vary each week and include a combination of Pilates equipment. Classes are offered beginning through advanced level students and are limited to 4 students. SIGN UP REQUIRED.

- Please arrive to your appointment at the scheduled time.
- For your safety, there will be no admittance into classes 10 minutes after class has started
- A voucher must be pulled and given to the instructor prior to the session.
- Wear comfortable-fitting (not baggy) clothing such as leggings, yoga pants, t-shirts and tank tops.
- We highly recommend that classes be done barefoot.
- Inform the instructor of any changes to your health status or of any newly acquired injury.
- As a courtesy to instructors and other students, and to minimize disturbance during class, please turn off al cell phones - take an hour to yourself, you deserve it!
- We recommend that you practice Pilates 2 - 3 times a week to experience it’s benefits.
- Avoid wearing jewelry such as bracelets, necklaces, which may get caught in the springs.
- Refrain from using lotions and creams as it increases risk of slipping.
- Chewing gum is prohibited.
- All equipment is to be cleaned and returned to its original setting after use - guidelines for apparatus setup are posted on the walls.
- Drink plenty of water after class.
- There is a 24-hour cancellation policy for all Pilates session and classes.
