Paige RyanPaige started practicing yoga in 1996 and through the inspiration and encouragement of her teachers completed teacher training, as a Structural Hatha Yoga instructor, in June 2002.

Paige’s style of teaching is influenced by B.K.S. Iyengar and encourages the use of props such as blocks, straps, bolsters and blankets to obtain the benefits of otherwise inaccessible postures and stretches. After using a series of poses to warm up, an in depth treatment of a pose or series of poses will follow to provide a better understanding of the internal dynamics.  The practice is slow paced focusing on balancing flexibility and strength as well as building endurance. Participants are encouraged to practice at a level that provides the desired challenge while keeping safety and comfort a priority.

Paige’s goal is for each individual to enjoy a sense of peace and well being at the end of each yoga session.
