As a competitive athlete, I relish finding fun new ways to challenge my fitness levels whether it’s in the gym, trail running or turning playgrounds into gym equipment. I also enjoy yoga, biking, playing soccer, and spending time in the kitchen making healthy meals and recipes for Paleoso.com. My husband and I love to travel, host game-day cookouts, go camping and take our dog, Douglas, to the park.
