Join certified personal trainers Ashley Talebi and Justin Kerley for this small group class that will include a dynamic warm up, stick mobility, body flows, static stretching, foam rolling and trigger point release.
- Week 1: Pre-Assessment, hips & hamstrings
- Week 2: Shoulders and thoracic
- Week 3: Feet, ankles, and calves
- Week 4: Full body, post-assessment
