You’ve heard talk about Les Mills GRIT now for years!  Maybe the pricing and session dates made it a less desirable program for you.  Well do we have a treat for you… beginning February 2018 GRIT will now be an included group fitness class for all Raintree Athletic Club members.

LES MILLS GRIT is the scientifically proven, results focused HIIT series that pushes you to reach your fitness goals. These 30 minutes high intensity interval training classes embody three different formats GRIT STRENGTH, GRIT CARDIO and GRIT PLYO.

The HIIT training effect means you burn calories for hours after the workout, increase aerobic fitness, unleash fast-twitch muscle fibers and grow lean muscle tissue, burning fat.

Classes begin February 1st!

  • Tuesdays 6:15am with Sonja
  • Wednesdays 11:30am with Rebekah
  • Thursdays 5:30am with Sonja
  • Thursdays 5:00pm with Marissa
  • Fridays 5:00pm with Rebekah

Limit 20 participants per class. A GRIT PASS is required to attend.*

*Passes will be available at the front desk on a first come, first serve basis, starting 30 minutes prior to class time. Limit one pass per person – must be present to pick up the pass (cannot reserve via phone or for other class participants.)

All classes held in Studio 1.
