Training Philosophy

“Move like a baby, eat like an adult and workout like an animal… thats the key to fitness.

Go watch a baby move. They breath, crawl, squat, hinge and do everything picture perfect with no aches & pains. Whether it be crawling or squatting on their heels, it is always flawless. This is the way the human body is supposed to move but over the years our mobility is chipped away by consistent sitting, numerous injuries and everything else life throws at us. Our goal is to get the body to be able to move comfortably through these movements once again. I believe the easiest way to do this is through strength, primal movements, and proper nutrition. With this formula, longevity is achievable by athletes, accountants, and everyone in between.
