Group Fitness
Raintree offers Les Mills group fitness classes that include: Body Pump, Body Combat, Body Jam, Body Step, Body Flow, Body Attack and CXWORX. Each of our instructors are trained through Les Mills and take pride in getting up on stage to lead you through the high-energy, butt-kicking classes. Our instructors put considerable effort into learning the choreography for these classes and it shows in their execution.
We also offer our members several new classes that our very own instructors have developed.

This 60-minutes workout challenges all your major muscle group by using the best weight-room exercises like squats, presses, lifts and curls. Great music, awesome instructors and your choice of weight inspire you to get the results you came for – and fast!

This fiercely energetic program inspired by martial arts and draws from a wide array of disciplines such as karate, boxing, taekwondo, tai chi and muay thai. Supported by driving music and powerful role model instructors, you strike, punch, kick and kata you way through calories to superior cardio fitness.

Controlled breathing, concentration and a carefully structured series of stretches, moves and poses create a holistic workout that brings the body into a state of harmony and balance.

The Zumba program fuses hypnotic Latin rhythms and easy-to-follow moves to create a one-of-a-kind fitness program that will blow you away. Our goal is simple: We want you to work out, to love working out, to get hooked.
- CORE STRENGTH
A 30-minute class targeting abs, oblique and lower back muscle development and strength.
- FABULOUS 50s
With our certified instructors, you will participate in a variety of aerobic conditioning, weight training and stretching activities. Come join the fun!
- FAB 50S TOTAL TONING
Enjoy a complete class of toning and stretching from head to toe using hand weights, resistance balls, resistance tubes, fit balls and your own body resistance. This class is suitable for all levels.
- RIPPED
Experience this 45 minute total body plateau proof workout utilizing resistance and cardio training combining resistance, intervals, power, Plyometrics and endurance.
- STEP 2 GO
1 step + 2 base moves = you are good to go! This class is a non-stop "new school" cardio workout. Variation of 2 simple base moves are progressed throughout the class, ending in a fun finale.

Quick and efficient workout in 30 minutes that tightens and tones your core muscles (tummy, butt & obliques) using resistance bands for added strength. This class is great for all levels, combining the best of personal training with the energy of group fitness.

Nia is a fun and effective mind-body fitness program, integrating the power of martial arts, the stillness of Tai Chi, the playfulness of dance and the flexibility and concentration of yoga. Nia is for every fitness level, every age, and every mind. Come experience the fun!
- GENTLE/RESTORATIVE YOGA
Restorative Yoga is a relaxing style of Yoga that uses passive postures that restore energy rather than deplete energy. It is beneficial to those needing relief from stress, recovering from illness or injury, needing support during periods of life transitions or just simply want to relax. The class focuses on: (1) Pranayama work – breath techniques that increase lung capacity and release tensions held in the body; (2) Gentle repetitive movement – increase circulation to the larger superficial skeletal muscles and the major joints (3) Restorative postures – poses that use props to relax without effort. (4) Savasana – a final deep relaxation. Join us- your body will thank you by gaining an awareness that helps you practice the art of letting go and staying in the present moment.
- HEATED POWER YOGA
This class is an invigorating strength oriented yoga class. It focuses on breath and will continually challenge your strength, balance and stamina no matter what level you are at in your practice. It is a 60 minute, challenging full body workout designed to make you sweat, utilizing the body for resistance strength training. It would be a great addition to any active lifestyle.
- PILATES
Pilates develops every aspect of physical fitness: strength, flexibility, coordination, speed, agility and endurance. Focus on the core, fine tune body awareness, and enhance body control by teaching correct muscular activation. Benefits result in keeping musculature and bone structure in an optimal state as well as distributing body mass more aesthetically.
- PRANA VINYASA FLOW YOGA
The word Vinyasa means “breath-synchronized movement.” The teacher will instruct you to move from one pose to the next on an inhale or an exhale. This technique is called Vinyasa Flow because of the smooth way that the poses run together and become like a dance.
- TAI CHI
Tai chi, which originated in China as a martial art, is a mind-body practice in complementary and alternative medicine (CAM). Tai chi is sometimes referred to as "moving meditation"—practitioners move their bodies slowly, gently, and with awareness, while breathing deeply.
- YOGA FOR RUNNERS, HIKERS & BIKERS
If you think you are not flexible enough to take yoga, this class is for you. Yoga for runners, hikers and bikers is geared toward relieving tight muscles due to these activities. The focus of this class is to actively release the muscles and find balance within the musculoskeletal system. The benefits of this class will enhance your overall comfort level in these sports.
- HATHA ALIGNMENT
Flowing with grace, following your heart and stepping into the flow with this unique style of hatha yoga celebrates the artistic expression of the human heart with the scientific principles of biomechanics. Each student is offered the opportunity to step into and celebrate their own unique gifts from the inside out. Principles and ideals focused with the intention of an Anusara style.
RAC FAQs
What do I wear?
Wear proper athletic attire such as athletic shorts or pants, a t-shirt and socks and shoes. Stay away from wearing jeans or other thick, heavy materials to prevent overheating or chaffing. To ensure a safe, sanitary and comfortable environment for all members and guests, PLEASE NO bare feet or open toe shoes in Studio 1 - with the exception of Body Flow, where the use of a mat is required.
How early do I need to arrive?
These classes are first come, first serve but five to 10 minutes in advance should leave you with enough time to claim your place.
How long is the class?
Each class runs for approximately 60 minutes.
How difficult is this class?
These classes are as difficult as you want to make them. You should be prepared for a great, full-body workout though.
What can I expect?
As with all of our classes, you should expect a great workout but these classes are still go-your-own-pace, so be sure to not overexert yourself.
How often should I attend this class?
It is best to speak with a certified trainer and discuss your personal fitness goals.
