Raintree offers over 70 group fitness classes per week including Les Mills BodyPUMP, BodyCOMBAT, BodyJAM, BodySTEP, BodyFLOW, BodyATTACK, and CXWORX as well as Zumba, Nia, Fit & Fabulous, Core Strength classes and BarrePOWER. Each of our instructors are trained and certified in their respective programs and take pride in getting on stage to lead you through these high-energy classes. We encourage all of our members to experience group fitness at the RAC, there is nothing else like it!

A fiercely energetic martial arts inspired workout that is totally non-contact. Punch and kick your way to fitness and burn up to 740* calories in a class. No experience necessary. Moves from karate, boxing, taekwondo, capoeira and muay thai. Bring your best fighter attitude and leave your inhibitions at the door.
BodyFLOW is the yoga-based class that will improve your flexibility and increase core strength while you reduce stress levels. Controlled breathing, concentration and a carefully structured series of stretches, moves and poses create a holistic workout that brings the body into a state of harmony and balance.
Lose yourself in the DANCE-inspired cardio workout to the latest dance styles and the hottest new sounds. House, hip-hop, drum-n-bass, all style of electronic dance music, it’s the soul of BodyJAM! Whether you have two left feet or fancy yourself as Beyonce’s back up dancer, we’ve got your back. BodyJAM doesn’t discriminate, and dance is free, so what’s stopping you?
This high-energy fitness class combines athletic movements, like running, lunging and jumping with strength exercises such as push ups and squats. You’ll build stamina and our sports inspired moves will improve your coordination and agility. This class is for all fitness levels. Low impact options are given to tailor each workout to YOUR fitness level.
Using a height-adjustable step and simple movements on, over and around the step you’ll get a full body cardio workout to really tone your butt and thighs. Thanks to cardio blocks that push fat-burning systems into high gear, BodySTEP will get your heart rate up and increase cardio fitness. Begin with a low step and follow your instructor as they coach you through options. Whatever you do, give it five. Once you have five BodySTEP classes under your belt, it’ll come naturally.
Quick and efficient workout in 30 minutes that tightens and tones your core muscles (tummy, butt & obliques) using resistance tubes and weight plates for added strength as well as body weight exercises like crunches and hovers. CXWORX will increase your core strength, tone your abs, butt, and legs, and improve your posture while continuing to challenge your fitness level!
BarrePOWER ($ Fee Based Class)
Barre fitness classes are not just another trend. The Barre Technique thins your thighs, lifts your seat, flattens your abs and tones your arms, all while utilizing the basics of ballet on the barre! $10/members, $15/non-members. Package rates available. Purchase at the front desk.
Balance & Be
This heated yoga class focuses on creating balance. Designed to physically build strength and flexibility, we will practice balancing postures while incorporating hip openers and core work. Work through these challenging poses while maintaining deep focus on being present and practicing the power of the breath. Expect to sweat, bring a towel and water bottle.
Another combo class that starts with 30 minutes of BodyPUMP: light to moderate weights with lots of repetition with a focus on upper and lower body strength, followed by a complete CXWORX routine to strengthen your core from shoulders to hips and glutes.
We’ve combined two of your favorite Les Mills workouts for one amazing workout. Start with 30 minutes of BodyATTACK: athletic movements, like running, lunging and jumping with strength exercises such as push ups and squats. Followed by 30 minutes of BodyPUMP: light to moderate weights with lots of repetition with a focus on squats, chest, back and core tracks.
Get strong from the inside out with circuit training focused on building muscle and cardiovascular fitness. Break through monotony with a different set of exercise stations each week and challenge your body into change.

Fit & Fabulous
This class caters to older adults who already live an active lifestyle AND those who may be unfamiliar with exercise. Participants will engage in a variety of aerobic conditioning, weight training and stretching activities in a great social environment. Come join the fun!
Fit & Fabulous – Total Toning
Older adults will enjoy a complete class of toning and stretching using hand weights, resistance balls, resistance tubes, fit-balls and your own body resistance. This class is suitable for all levels.
This class is geared toward those who want to take it a little easier. Alignment principles, gentle breathing techniques, and basic poses will be taught at a slow pace for all levels of students. As in all classes, modifications will be made, as needed for each student so that everyone, regardless of age or physical ability, will feel the benefits that yoga has to offer.
Heated Mat Pilates
Exercises are performed on a mat in a room heated to 90 degrees. This class includes exercises for every part of the body and maximizes fat loss without losing muscle mass. Focus on engaging the mind and body while initiating every movement with a breath. Strengthen the core, improve balance, increase coordination and decrease stress. All levels welcome.
Heated Power Yoga
This class is an invigorating strength oriented yoga class. It focuses on breath while continually challenging your balance and stamina. This is a fast-paced class and additional yoga experience is strongly suggested. It is a challenging full-body workout designed to make you sweat, while utilizing the body for resistance strength training. **The room is a regulated temperature that does not go above 90 degrees F.
Nia is a fun and effective mind-body fitness program, integrating the power of martial arts, the stillness of Tai Chi, the playfulness of dance and the flexibility and concentration of yoga. Nia is for every fitness level, every age, and every mind. Come experience the fun!
Build your foundation for understanding the Pilates Method while emphasizing proper body mechanics, breath control, abdominal support and spine/pelvic alignment, while stretching, strengthening and lengthening your muscles. You will experience each movement from the inside out as you improve coordination, balance, posture and flexibility. No prior experience is necessary, beginners through advanced welcome! Beginners will be given modifications of exercises if needed so you can progress at your own pace.
Pilates With Props (Level 1)
Is a fun way to explore your body and experience a different kind of challenge and support in the Pilates Method. Pilates with Props will offer work with small 5 inch balls, magic circles, rollers, and therabands to challenge and assist your core, upper body strength, lower extremity strength, coordination and balance.
Experience this 45 minute total body, plateau proof, workout utilizing resistance and cardio training combining strength, intervals, power, plyometrics and endurance.
Yoga with Weights
This class is a total body workout set to energizing music and designed to tone and sculpt every major muscle group. This is a complementing class to your regular yoga practice while boosting your metabolism and pushing your strength and flexibility to new heights. You’ll utilize free weights in addition to an intense Vinyasa Yoga Flow. Strength-training exercises such as squats, lunges, bicep and tricep curls, etc. are incorporated to build lean muscle mass. It is highly recommended that you have participated in at least one Vinyasa style yoga class prior to participating in this class.
Zumba Kids Junior
Little feet, huge moves! Kids 4-6 years old get the chance to socialize with friends and jam out to their favorite music. Classes are rockin’, high-energy dance parties packed with kid-friendly routines. We break down steps, add games, activities and cultural exploration elements into the class structure.
Party animals welcome! Kids ages 7 – 11 years old get the chance to be active and jam out to their favorite music. Classes feature kid-friendly routines based on original Zumba® choreography. We break down the steps, add games, activities and cultural exploration elements into the class structure.
The Zumba program fuses hypnotic Latin rhythms and easy-to-follow moves to create a one-of-a-kind fitness program that will blow you away. Our goal is simple: We want you to work out, to love working out, to get hooked.
Zen in the Art of Tai Chi
Tai chi, which originated in China as a martial art, is a mind-body practice in complementary and alternative medicine (CAM). Tai chi is sometimes referred to as “moving meditation”—practitioners move their bodies slowly, gently, and with awareness, while breathing deeply.
Group Fitness Etiquette
Be on time for class or be early.
Some classes use a variety of equipment and if you arrive just as class is beginning, you might miss out on part of the warm-up. Also it might be necessary to consult the instructor before class – ie choosing the appropriate amount of weight for BodyPUMP etc.
Appropriate clothing and no bare feet.
You should be comfortable in your clothes and they should not restrict your movement. No open-toed shoes, or bare feet allowed, except in BodyFLOW where the use of a mat is required.
Save “chit-chat” for before or after class & silence your cell phones.
Not only is it courteous but becoming a distraction might prevent you, or someone else, from hearing important instructions. Please leave cell phones in the locker rooms.
Choose a spot in class that works for you.
If you are new to class, resist the urge to hide all the way in the back of the room – you won’t be able to see the instructor clearly. Instead, find a spot in the middle – comfortably behind experienced members but able to see what is going on.
Instructors welcome feedback after class.
All of our instructors are very interested in your ideas and questions but as a courtesy its best to wait until after class.
Follow instructors’ modifications for an easier or harder workout.
If the class isn’t going the way you anticipated, please resist the urge to start doing “your own thing” during class without first consulting the instructor.
Return equipment to appropriate space after use.
Please put your BodyPUMP equipment and dumbbells back in the appropriate area, stack like BodyPUMP plates together, stack benches against the far north wall and bands back in the cabinet.
