Les Mills GRIT features three unique high intensity interval workouts each designed to drive different results: GRIT STRENGTH, GRIT PLYO, & GRIT CARDIO. GRIT workouts are 30 minutes and switch between short bursts of intensity and recovery periods – the best way to increase fitness, tone muscles, lose fat and become more athletic.

How To Register:

  1. Contact a GRIT Coach to discuss which team you’d like to join. Coaches’ business cards are available at the front desk.
  2. Purchase at the front desk as soon as possible. Space is limited to 11 participants per team. Spots are only reserved when purchase is complete.
  3. Must commit to attend both days that your team meets. Missed classes are non-refundable.

Is it safe?

Like all Les Mills programs, the GRIT Series has been designed with safety and science at its core and has been tried and tested for safety and results. As with any new training program, if you have particular concerns check with your medical professional first. This class is NOT recommended for women who are pregnant.

What do I need to bring?

Your usual workout clothes, a water bottle, towel and some serious commitment! We’ll provide the rest.
