Raintree offers over 18 indoor cycling classes per week as well as scheduled concert & movies nights in our cycling studio, where you can enjoy a leisurely spin or intense workout while watching the scheduled concert and/or movie on the big screen. All of our certified instructors will give you a heart pumping workout catered to all fitness levels.

Join us the first Saturday of every month from 10:00-10:30am in the Cycling Studio for Cycling Technique.  This 30 minute class is great for those new to indoor cycling or for veterans looking for a refresher course on proper technique. Bike positioning, body postures, and cadence calls will all be explained in detail during this monthly class.

Crank It Up

This class will challenge all levels of riders, from the novice to the experienced cyclist. Using powerful music and choreography to stimulate an invigorating outdoor ride experience, join Brian to burn calories, build endurance and reach your fitness goals.


This class will combine 35 minutes of cardio cycling with 10 minutes of intense core work on the bike.

Cycle To The Max

Variety is the basis of this class! With high-intensity intervals, partner and team based drills, choreographed music, and more, there is no room for monotony or plateus. We will work together to stay focused and motivated, to push beyond what we think is possible, and to truly discover maximal results.

Fast & Furious

Using 4 different effort zones during class, expect a variety of mixed interval workouts. With a play on cadence, tension levels, and positions on the bike, Jenny will keep you motivated and moving for 45 minutes burning calories, strengthening your cardiovascular endurance and using power to tone your muscles.

FIT Focused Interval Training

Join Melissa for focused (or FUN) interval training to blast through fitness plateaus, improve endurance and boost your metabolism. There will be both hills and speed work to get your heart rate pumping, legs burning and energy levels soaring!

Friday Morning Club

There are two requirements to this class: 1).Show up on Friday mornings and 2) give your top effort. Stan will lead you through a great workout to begin your weekend.

Gear Up & Go

60 minutes of motivational interval training, focused on proper riding technique to maximize your ride. Michelle takes you on a real world adventure of mixed terrain including, pace line rides, hill climbs, rolling flats, breakaway sprints, and unforgettable mountain passes. Music from multiple genres with a focus on the latest dance, hip-hop and rock... always chosen to help push you to new limits!

Holl on Wheels

This Friday afternoon class will take you on a 60 minute ride with hills and intervals. You will leave this class stronger, relaxed from the week and ready to tackle anything on your weekend list. The class promises to have energetic music of all genres to motivate you to tackle the terrain and modifications throughout if needed.

Lean & Mean

Each ride will be different as you bring your outdoor cycling experience indoors with this athletic and authentic cycling ride. Sherrie will motivate you with driving music and keep you energized as you are lead through a workout comprised of a variety of hill climbs, flat terrains, head winds, tail winds and anaerobic intervals.

Mix It Up

Each class takes the student on a ride through varied terrain including hills (large and small); speed workout, including springs and jumps; and opportunities to practice form during endurance intervals.

Nicole's No-Nonsense Cycling

This intense cardiovascular class simulates an outdoor ride and combines endurance, interval training and climbing. This class will help build and maintain endurance year-round. Come let Nicole help you stay focused on your fitness goals.

Prime Time Cycling

45 minutes of fun, athletic, cardiovascular cycling with a variety of musical genres (at a lower volume level) will take you along various terrains, speed and intensities. Go at your own pace and enjoy a group exercise session that's easy on the joints, but full of motivation and sweat.

Turn 'Em & Burn 'Em

Created to train indoors for outdoor cycling, Sandy's class will take you racing across long flat terrain, up and down rolling hills, and over huge mountain passes, all accompanied by upbeat music from a variety of genres.

RAC Cycling CONCERT Series

Cycle while you watch a concert being projected on the wall. Mondays at 4:00pm. Please see calendar for details.
