Raintree offers a variety of cycling classes as well as scheduled concert & movies nights in our cycling studio, where you can enjoy a leisurely spin or intense workout while watching the scheduled concert and/or movie on the big screen. All of our certified instructors will give you a heart pumping workout catered to all fitness levels.

Fast & Furious
Using 4 different Effort Zones during class expect a variety of mixed interval workouts. With a play on cadence, tension levels, and positions on the bike- we will keep you motivated and moving for 45 minutes burning calories, strengthening your cardiovascular endurance and using power to tone your muscles.
Gear Up & Go
60 minutes of motivational interval training, focused on proper riding technique to maximize your ride. Michelle takes you on a real world adventure of mixed terrain including, pace line rides, hill climbs, rolling flats, breakaway sprints, and unforgettable mountain passes. Music from multiple genres with a focus on the latest dance, hip-hop and rock… always chosen to help push you to new limits!
Lean & Mean
Each ride will be different as you bring your outdoor cycling experience indoors with this athletic and authentic cycling ride. Sherrie will motivate you with driving music and keep you energized as you are lead through a workout comprised of a variety of hill climbs, flat terrains, head winds, tail winds and anaerobic intervals.
LesMills RPM™ is the indoor cycling workout where you ride to the rhythm of powerful music. Take on the terrain with your inspiring team coach who leads the pack through hills, flats, mountain peaks, time trials, and interval training.
This intense cardiovascular class simulates an outdoor ride and combines endurance, interval training and climbing. This class will help build and maintain endurance year-round. Come let Nicole help you stay focused on your fitness goals.
Be empowered during this engaging hour of intervals, sprints, and cycle techniques. This class works a variety of muscle groups as you power your way through fun routines at various intensities. Feel great after both having pushed your body to new heights and experienced a musical party on a bike! This class promotes high intensity cycling, but go at your pace to meet your personal goals.
Ride & Shine
What better way to start your morning than on two wheels! This hour will leave you energized for the rest of the day. Every class will have a skill to focus on so no class will be the same. Some skills may include hills, endurance or speed. Specific coaching techniques will be used to push you outside of your comfort zone. A wide variety of motivational music will be chosen each class. Beginner friendly modifications will always be suggested.
Rockin’ The Road
Finish your week with a ramped up 45 minute rockin’ the road spin ride! Amanda will navigate you through hill and sprint terrain matched to rockin’ rhythmic music. Wake up in a class that will leave you feeling strong, refreshed and ready for the weekend ahead!
Spin To Win
This 45 minute ride will focus on interval training to get the most from your workout. A great way to start your Saturday morning by raising the heart rate with speed and/or hill climbs.
Thirty & Done
If you’re up for a WORKout in half the time, attend HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) cycling class. The emphasis will be not just on cranking up the pace, but just as important – recovery – to be just as strong for the next interlude. Intervals will vary for each class, so that you will be challenge for both long and short bursts of speed on flat roads and climbs.
Tour De RAC
Learn what it takes to become a better cyclist and stay in tip top cardio shape no matter what season it is. Upbeat music and coaching cues will keep you motivated to push past your comfort zone. All riding levels welcome.
Turn ‘Em & Burn ‘Em
Created to train indoors for outdoor cycling, Sandy’s class will take you racing across long flat terrain, up and down rolling hills, and over huge mountain passes, all accompanied by upbeat music from a variety of genres.
Get ready to pump up the jams and power through a 60 minute ride. Your instructor will guid you through hills, flats and interval training – all inspired by the beat of the powerful music. Its sure to be on vicious cycle.
