The RAC offers members a multitude of aquatics programs to enhance any workout routine. We have a 25-meter pool with four lap lanes, a hot tub, a dry sauna and a steam room. Regardless of schedule, there is always one lane available for the avid swimmer to use.
*Please note that the aquatics area closes fifteen minutes prior to the scheduled club closing time.
*Open Swim is not available during Water Fitness Classes OR Swim Lesson Times.
SWIM LESSONS & SWIM TEAM
Raintree Athletic Club is happy to offer swim lessons to children ages 3 and up. Our Lessons are designed to teach your child the valuable LIFE SKILL of water safety and swimming skills. Members and Non-Members are welcome to join our swim lesson program.

- Open Swim
Pool is open for all members to use free swim or lap swim in designated lap lanes.
Reminder: Anyone under the age of 12 must be supervised by an adult at all times. Any child under the age of 5 must have an adult in the pool within arms reach.- Aqua Zumba
Integrating Latin inspired dance moves with traditional aqua fitness disciplines, this class blends it all together into a challenging, water-based workout that’s cardio-conditioning, body-toning, & a pool party!
- Aquatic Pyramids
Enjoy this fun and invigorating class that will change the shape of your body. By utilizing a variety of equipment you will tone your upper and lower body for a complete body workout. Slice and dice it for an exciting and energetic cardio workout in the water. Nutritional Goal = Create a colorful plate. (add blueberries to oatmeals, baby carrots for a snack, tomato soup with green or red grapes, etc).
- Cross Training
Give your joints a break! Come train in the water for a great cardio but low impact workout.

Use the power of kickboxing, interval training, and high low cardio for an amazing water workout that will increase muscle strength, endurance and balance. Join the fun and challenging workout, appropriate for any fitness level.
- Masters Swim
This swim group is designed to accomodate all levels ages 18+ looking for a great lap swim workout. Bring structure to your current swim workout, help with stroke technique, improve overall fitness, enjoy a group workout all while taking your swim training to another level.
- Water Boot Camp
Enjoy this fun and energetic workout in the water. Cardio intervals and strength training will help you keep up your endurance without impact on your joints. This class is fun for all ages!
- Water Training Intervals
An invigorating fun water workout that begins with an active warm up then transitions to energizing intervals with music and water resistant tools. Complete the workout with isolated core training and stretching. This workout accommodates all levels.
- YOUTH SWIM LESSONS
Group lessons are for children ages 3 and up and are separated by level after individual assessment. Our instructors will guide children through a series of skills designed to keep them comfortable in the water and teach proper technique of each of the four competitive swimming strokes.
- YOUTH SWIM TEAM
Youth swim team is for children age 5 and up. It is a great way to improve swimming skills, make friendships, and build character. Children must be able to swim a length of the pool in both freestyle and backstroke. During Swim Team practice the pool is CLOSED. Thank you for your cooperation.
RAC POOL ETIQUETTE & SAFETY
- Please shower or rinse off prior to entering the pool. This includes when exiting the sauna, steam room and/or hot tub. It is essential in maintaining a clean and safe pool for everyone.
- No lifeguard on duty, swim at your own risk.
- No running on the pool deck, please walk.
- No gum, food or drinks in the pool area.
- Do not hang on the lap lane lines.
- Pool equipment should be used in a safe and appropriate manner and returned to proper space after use.
- No diving, pushing, rough housing or horseplay!
- Open swim is NOT available during Water Fitness Class times.
- The pool area, including hot tub, steam room and sauna, will close 15 minutes prior to the scheduled club closing time.
- Children under 2 years of age must wear a swim diaper.
- Persons with open cuts or sores are not allowed in the pool.
- Anyone under the age of 12 must be supervised by an adult at all times. Any child under the age of 5 must have an adult in the pool within arms reach.
- Any activity which interferes with the safety or enjoyment of others will be stopped immediately with one warning before dismissal from the pool as determined by any RAC team member.
- Please dry off before entering the locker rooms.
