RAC Boot Camp is a free one hour workout that uses high powered movements to target your whole body, improve strength, and torch calories! Expect high intensity circuits using equipment, weights, and body weight resistance.

  • Tuesdays 6:30am with Darrin

  • Saturdays 10:00am with Niki
